Terms & Conditions

MyTVplace is a Smart TV app platform for approved content providers. MyTVplace does not sell, host, scrape, convert, download, or distribute third-party media. Providers may use the platform only for content and services they own, license, or are otherwise authorized to deliver to their subscribers.

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to the MyTVplace Provider Portal, Smart TV bridge, related apps, APIs, dashboard tools, and services available through mywarmplace.com/provider-portal.

By accessing or using the provider portal, you agree to follow these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the portal or related services.

2. Who we are

MyTVplace provides software tools that allow approved providers to connect their own lawful TV, video, guide, playlist, or media service to supported Smart TV applications.

MyTVplace is not a broadcaster, IPTV provider, streaming provider, media seller, or content distributor. Any channels, video streams, playlists, logos, artwork, programme guide data, or account services are supplied by the provider.

3. Provider responsibility

Providers are fully responsible for the services and content they connect to MyTVplace. Providers must make sure they have all required rights, licences, permissions, and legal authority to deliver their service to their subscribers.

MyTVplace does not provide, host, upload, sell, broadcast, or distribute television channels, movies, videos, playlists, EPG data, or other media content.

MyTVplace only provides the software platform, app interface, provider portal, and technical bridge that approved providers may use to connect their own lawful services.

Providers may need an account to access the Provider Portal. You must provide accurate information and keep your login details secure.

You are responsible for all activity under your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, you should contact us immediately.

6. Provider API and integration

Providers may connect playlists, APIs, EPG sources, logos, metadata, video links, account systems, or other technical services to MyTVplace.

Providers are responsible for keeping their systems secure, stable, lawful, and compatible with MyTVplace requirements. We may update technical requirements, supported formats, API rules, or app behaviour when needed for security, performance, compatibility, or compliance.

7. App store and platform rules

MyTVplace apps may be submitted to or distributed through third-party platforms such as Smart TV app stores or device manufacturers.

Providers understand that app availability, approval, supported devices, content rules, review outcomes, and distribution restrictions may be controlled by third-party platforms. MyTVplace cannot guarantee approval or availability on every platform or device.

You agree not to misuse the Provider Portal or related services. You must not:

Some services, features, provider tools, integrations, or support services may be subject to fees, subscriptions, usage charges, or separate commercial agreements.

Any applicable fees will be shown in the portal, invoice, service plan, or separate agreement. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable once service access has been provided.

11. Intellectual property

MyTVplace software, platform design, branding, documentation, code, interface, and related technology belong to MyTVplace or its licensors.

Providers retain responsibility for their own provider content, logos, metadata, playlists, APIs, and customer service information. Providers grant MyTVplace permission to process, display, and deliver provider-supplied information only as needed to operate the service.

12. Third-party services

Providers may use their own hosting, CDN, payment systems, account systems, EPG services, support tools, or external APIs. These third-party services are not controlled by MyTVplace.

Providers are responsible for complying with third-party terms and for ensuring their connected services work correctly.

13. Privacy and data

Our handling of personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy. Providers are responsible for their own customer data, customer terms, privacy notices, and compliance with applicable data protection laws.

14. Disclaimer

The Provider Portal and related services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, compatible with all devices, or available on every platform.

We do not guarantee the legality, quality, accuracy, reliability, availability, or performance of provider-supplied content, streams, playlists, APIs, or third-party systems.

15. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyTVplace will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including loss of profits, loss of business, service interruption, loss of data, or claims related to provider content or third-party services.

Providers agree to protect and hold MyTVplace harmless from claims, damages, losses, costs, legal fees, or liabilities arising from:

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.

Continued use of the Provider Portal after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
